FAQ CAMP'ATLANTIQUE LOYALTY & REFERRAL PROGRAMME

1- Who this loyalty and referral programme refers to?

Points may only be earned on the accommodation sold by Camp’Atlantique and booked by anyone for a minimum stay of one night (for a camping pitch) or two nights (for rented accommodation). Tour-operators and their clients, works councils and their beneficiaries are consequently excluded from this programme. Year-long residents are excluded from the loyalty programme but can benefit from the referring programme.

2- What does the loyalty programme entitle me to?

Being a member of the Camp’Atlantique loyalty programme, you earn points that generate an entitlement to free overnight stays (see General terms and conditions of the programme). This is a free programme.

3- How are my loyalty points calculated?

The number of points needed to obtain a free overnight stay varies according to the season and the type of accommodation.

Here are some rules about earning points :

  • Earning points varies according to the season:
    • You earn 100 points for 1 night booked in an accommodation or on a camping pitch during school holidays.
    • You earn 100 points for 1 night booked in an accommodation or on a camping pitch during school holidays.
  • Earning points varies according to the type of accommodation:
    • You earn a bonus of +100 points per night for 1 night booked in an accommodation of the VIP range.
  • Only expenditure on renting the accommodation will qualify to earn points.
  • The loyalty programme is not retrospective: I can’t earn any points due to my different stays that occurred before the launching date of the programme (2nd April 2016).

4- What does the referral programme entitles me to?

Being a member of the Camp’Atlantique referral programme, referrers earn points that generate an entitlement to free overnight stays. Referrers and candidates earn gift vouchers that generate an entitlement to discounts on their next holidays. (see General terms and conditions of the programme). This is a free programme.

5- I am a referrer; how are my points calculated?

The number of points needed to obtain a free overnight stay varies according to the number of referred candidates.

Here are some rules about earning points :

  • 100 points are earned on the date the candidate’s first stay ends, and are valid for all new reservation.
  • The referrer’s points are accumulated by the holder of the customer account on an ongoing basis as stays are undertaken by the candidate, regardless of the establishment.
  • Only expenditure on renting the accommodation will qualify to earn points.
  • The referral programme is not retrospective: I can’t earn any points due to my different stays that occurred before the launching date of the programme (2nd April 2016).

6 - How are the gift vouchers calculated for the referrer and the candidate?

  • The amount of the gift voucher varies according to the type of accommodation booked by the candidate:
    • Reservation of accommodation: a 30 € gift voucher to the referrer and the candidate
    • Reservation of a camping pitch: a 15 € gift voucher to the referrer and the candidate
  • The gift voucher is earned on the date the candidate’s first stay ends, and is valid for all new reservation.

7- How many points do I need to benefit from a free extra night?

The number of points needed to obtain a free overnight stay varies according to the type of accommodation booked.

To benefit from a free extra night, you have to get 1000 points* or 2000 points**.
To benefit from a free extra night in a Twin mobile home or an accommodation from the VIP range, you have to get 1500 points* or 3000 points**.
*night to be booked between 28/03/18 and 30/07/18 or between 26/08/18 and 04/11/18. Applicable for all reservation within two years following the date when you got your points.
**night to be booked between 30/07/18 and 26/08/18. Applicable for all reservation within two years following the date when you got your points.
You can use your points for any type of accommodation provided that you have enough points (according to availability at the time of booking).

 

8- What do I have to do to book a holiday with the free extra nights?

  • You can book holidays with free extra nights:
    • by calling our booking service on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94
    • via the “My Account” area on our website www.camp-atlantique.com
  • You are free to use your points in the Camp’Atlantique establishments and type of accommodation of your choice, subject to availability at the time of booking and during the dates of application.
  • Any booking of a stay with free extra nights needs to be made according to the opening period of our establishments.
  • Your loyalty points must be deducted at the time of booking, via the “My Account” area on our website www.camp-atlantique.com or by calling our booking service on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94.
  • You have to book 1 night minimum for any booking of a camping pitch and 2 nights minimum for any booking of accommodation.

There is no date of validity for loyalty points and gift vouchers. However, if no activity on your account has been notified within 2 years, the points and vouchers will be lost.

  • Guests can have access to the number of their points via the « My Account » area on our website www.camp-atlantique.com or by calling our booking service on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94.
  • For the loyalty programme, the points are allocated automatically after the end date of your stay.
  • For the referral programme, the points are allocated automatically after the end date of the candidate’s stay.

12- How and when can I check the number of gift vouchers I get?

  • Guests can have access to their gift vouchers via the « My Account » area on our website www.camp-atlantique.com or by calling our booking service on +33 (0)2 51 20 41 94.
  • For the referral programme, the points are allocated automatically after the end date of the candidate’s stay.

13- What can I do in case of a dispute?

If the points are not allocated, the guest can ask for them by sending the invoice to the Camp’Atlantique booking service. In case of a dispute between a guest and an establishment, Camp’Atlantique will not be held as responsible. However, the French law is applicable in case of a dispute between a guest and Camp’Atlantique. Any dispute or litigation which cannot be resolved amicably between the two parties will be referred to the court of La-Roche-sur-Yon. Pursuant to the provisions of the French data protection act of January 6, 1978, the guests have a right to access, modify, rectify and delete their data and a right to demand the cessation of promotional offers. To do so, simply contact us at any time stating your last name, first name and address, either by email at contact@camp-atlantique.com or by writing to: Service Réservations Camp’Atlantique, 4 rue Auguste Herbert, 85560 Longeville-sur-Mer (France). The member is entitled to no longer participate in the programme. He should then notify us in writing: all accumulated points and gift vouchers will then be lost.
